I currently have a Bachelor`s of Science degree in Business Management and a 3.65 Grade Point Average. I have over ten years military experience in which I started my management and leadership career through the school of hard knocks and great education. I have over twenty years experience as a manager in various and extensive positions in operations management, general management, facility management, supply chain, inventory, materials, logistics and transportation management and have managed many, many people and direct reports as well as large operations with millions of dollars in revenue.

My writing career currently holds three books that are published and in the market, Charlie the Adventurer, Windstone Nation and the Terrorist Equalizer. I have my fourth book, The Anselm System of Effective Management in Organizational and Diverse Culture waiting to be published. I have also written other articles that have been printed in various newspapers.

I have played sports, lived sports, been a big part of all my life, and came close to playing a few sports at the professional level. My knowledge of sports in every sport is extensive and goes back before the 1970s era of sports.
