I am trying to gain experience as a writer.  I've kept journals for myself since I was 12, and I've won two first places for creative writing contests. I've also had a published poem in "Young Writers of America."
I now attend college at the University of South Carolina as an English/Spanish double major.  This year I am looking forward to contributing to USC's "Garnet and Black."  I will be a sophomore this Fall, and my ultimate goal is to write/edit for a magazine, and attend graduate school.
I am especially interested in fashion and sports.  I run cross country and distance for the university.  I have a special interest in the Entertainment industry and consider myself well informed.  I am looking for a chance to broaden my knowledge and build my resume.

Crocodile Hunter's Deadly Stingray Encounter - The king of creatures, commonly known as the "Crocodile Hunter", was killed Monday, September 4th while filming off the Great Barrier Reef for an upcoming television series,

Everlasting Earle’s members pulled together in 1998 and include: lead singer Keith Carson, guitarist Daniel Youngblood, bassist JC Ward, and drummer Travis Rygg.

Young Player Speaks Against Ban on Online Gambling - Cody Munger is a 20 year old with big poker ambition. Although not old enough to play in live tournaments, many poker sites allow players 18 and older.
