Writing has always been my passion.

I am a journalism student and first semester junior at UCF. I will be getting my B.A. in Journalism on the news reporting track.

I wrote for my high school newspaper for three years and was the editor-in-chief my senior year. The stress of being the editor-in-chief made me realize how much I truly love writing.

I hope to get a job with a newspaper and am excited to have my work published. I am looking forward to the experience the SOP will give me and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Why are textbook prices so high? - UCF students usually have money on the mind; whether its tuition costs or parking fees, but textbook prices have both students and professors concerned.

The Sweetest Job - Employees at Farris and Fosters say their jobs give a new meaning to the phrase sticky fingers.

The Duck Master - Human Interest story on the Duck Master at the Peabody Orlando.

Hunting at the Central Florida Job Fair - Every day the Central Florida Employment Council helps 40 to 50 people prepare for and find jobs.

New Performing Arts Building at UCF - The performing arts at UCF have suffered and will continue to suffer unless construction on a new building begins soon, music students and professors say.
