Clueless UK Teacher Banned For Life From Classroom! ! Terrific Idea!

"A teacher who is judged to be incapable of ever improving his work has become the first to be banned for life from the classroom due to incompetence.

Nisar Ahmed will never reach `requisite standards` of teaching and cannot work in state schools again, a panel ruled.


The General Teaching Council for England found the 46-year-old guilty of serious professional incompetence and said there was a risk that pupils would be seriously disadvantaged if he was ever allowed to return to lessons.

All men may be created equal, but eventually an individual`s work ethic, determination, and intellectual heft will determine how far he advances in life.

When an intellectually inferior and lazy teacher remains on the job because of nepotism, a powerful teacher`s union or tenure, everybody loses.

I`m thrilled that this teacher with a well-documented pattern of incompetence has been banned for life from the classroom.

I wish to God there were a General Teaching Council for the United States with the power to ban teachers for life. We all know nincompoops in the teaching profession who deserve to be kicked to the curb in this dramatic fashion.

How about a bipartisan General Political Council for the United States with the authority to ban politicians for life? Sarah Palin is an obvious candidate for a lifetime ban for politics, but which politician would you like to see slapped with a lifetime ban?

Ahmed was head of business studies at a college; theoretically he should have the business smarts to start his own business. Let the idiot try to make it in the real world.
