Girl Named Boo! Has Google-Friendly And Halloween-Friendly Name
"The parents of an 8-year-old New York girl say they named her Boo! because she was due on Halloween.
Boo! came a day late, but the name stuck anyway, the New York Daily News reported Sunday.
The exclamation point was added to Boo!`s name later to make sure people knew her name was related to Halloween, the newspaper said."
It`s a good thing that Boo! wasn`t born on Thanksgiving Day, or her idiotic parents might have named her "Turkey."
The exclamation point is superfluous, the word "boo" is used to scare folks, and we are naturally inclined to utter "Boo" with emphasis.
Actually I like the name Boo!, it`s cute and unique. Many of Boo!`s classmates have probably tried to scare her by coming up behind her and yelling "Boo!"
At least Boo`s! name is Google-friendly, when she searches for her name only pertinent hits will show up.
