Janet Napolitano's TSA Goons: Proof The Terrorists Have Won?
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The Fourth Amendment
The Fourth Amendment guarantees us the right to privacy, it protects us from cops searching us simply because they don`t like the way we look. Under most circumstances a cop can`t search our person or our possessions without our consent or a warrant.
What`s taking place in airports all over our great democracy is an egregious violation of this sacred amendment. We have the spectacle of TSA goons who have probably never read the constitution, strip searching us in the name of security. Never mind that having a TSA thug groping our private parts isn`t doing anything to increase our safety by one iota.
"The TSA has been hit with a number of lawsuits as the revolt against Big Sis, naked body scanners, and invasive groping measures explodes, with one case involving a woman who had her blouse pulled down in full public view by TSA goons who then proceeded to laugh and joke about her exposed breasts.
Nationwide outrage against the TSA is not only bringing to light new cases of airport abuse, it`s throwing fresh attention on previous incidents that have been going on for years."
Pilots and passengers are revolting against the TSA, it seems like every day another pilot or passenger sues the TSA for violating their 4th Amendment rights.
We need to bring air traffic to a standstill, by refusing to let TSA agents grope our private parts.
John Tyner is being lauded as a patriot and a hero for telling a TSA pervert: If you touch, my junk, I`ll have you arrested. Tyner`s brave action resonated with an American public tired of having their rights trampled under the guise of fighting terrorism.
We need to follow John Tyner`s example, and say "Enough is Enough!" Join Tyner`s army of American patriots and participate in National Opt-Out Day:
"Wednesday, November 24, 2010 is NATIONAL OPT-OUT DAY!
It`s the day ordinary citizens` stand up for their rights, stand up for liberty, and protest the federal government`s desire to virtually strip us naked or submit to an "enhanced pat down" that touches people`s breasts and genitals in an aggressive manner. You should never have to explain to your children, "Remember that no stranger can touch or see your private area, unless it`s a government employee, then it`s OK."
The goal of National Opt Out Day is to send a message to our lawmakers that we demand change. We have a right to privacy and buying a plane ticket should not mean that we`re guilty until proven innocent. This day is needed because many people do not understand what they consent to when choosing to fly."
We must constantly fight to safeguard our freedom and liberty. Act like you are a patriot and a free man, and don`t submit to unreasonable searches.
