Jesse Ventura Sues TSA And Janet Napolitano: Don't Touch My Junk!
"In a complaint filed Monday morning in the U.S. District Court for Minnesota, Ventura is suing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its secretary, Janet Napolitano, as well as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and its administrator, John Pistole.
Ventura accuses the agencies of violating his `basic rights to privacy and dignity, and his right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures,` after he received a pat-down by a TSA agent at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport in November 2010.
Ventura, who said he has a titanium implant after hip replacement surgery in 2008, alleges the pat-down included `warrantless, non-suspicion-based offensive touching, gripping and rubbing of the genital and other sensitive areas of his body,` which, the lawsuit contends, met `the definition for an unlawful sexual assault.`"
Jesse Ventura was fearless and relentless in fighting injustice and evil as the former governor of Minnesota, and as a professional wrestler.
As a private citizen Jesse "The Body" Ventura is just as relentless in fighting the violation of our rights guaranteed by the constitution.
Most passengers feel that enduring a sexual assault in the guise of a pat-down is necessary to prevent acts of terrorism. TSA goons sexually groping a blue-haired old ladies and other average Americans isn`t going to prevent or deter committed terrorists.
Islamic terrorists want to destroy the West, their aim is for the infidel nations to be under the bondage of Islam. When Americans meekly succumb to airport pat-downs, it`s a sign that the terrorists are winning.
Don`t submit to airport sexual gropings, because the rest of the sheeple meekly comply. Man up, and be like Jesse Ventura, and sue the TSA, and write a blog expressing outrage at the Gestapo tactics of TSA agents.
