How to Make Your Own Toxin-Free Super Water

How to Make Your Own Toxin-Free Super Water

By Dr. Edward F. Group

Did you know that the water coming out of your faucet is laden with toxins? In fact, the Environmental Protection Agency lists over eighty "regulated" contaminants found in tap water including fluoride, arsenic, chlorine, and numerous pesticides. Most water contains other toxins as well, including perchlorate, a toxic compound that can be found in airbags and fireworks.

Even if you drink bottled water, you still need to be concerned. After all, what about the toxin-laden water that pigs, fish, chickens, and cows drink that eventually ends up in the meat you eat? Additionally, you need to think about the water used to grow the vegetables and fruits you eat, the water you use to wash your dishes and clothes, and the water that you bathe in.

And your tap water isn`t the only water that can be contaminated "even bottled water can contain harmful toxins. The National Resources Defense Council (NRDC) performed tests on one hundred and three different brands of bottled water. These tests determined that many brands of bottled water are polluted with contaminants including arsenic, bacteria, and synthetic organic chemicals. The NRDC went on to report that "the FDA`s rules completely exempt waters that are packaged and sold within the same state." This means that most bottled waters aren`t as rigorously tested for toxins as tap water in cities!

This may make you frustrated "even bottled water isn`t necessarily safe! It may look as though there`s nothing you can do to ensure that you`re getting clean, purified water" but you`re wrong. There is a way to make your own toxin-free super water. Just follow these instructions:

  1. Begin with one gallon of distilled water. It`s preferable that the water is stored in a glass container.
  2. Add two to three tablespoons of non-pasteurized organic apple cider vinegar to the gallon of distilled water.
  3. Enjoy!

Distilled water has been stripped of all toxins "and all nutrients, too. That`s why it`s imperative that you add organic apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has the vital nutrients that your body needs as well as beneficial bacteria that aid your digestive function.

Now that you have the recipe for super water, what are you waiting for? Get to drinking!
