Wimpy Burglar Calls 911, Terrified Of Homeowner

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A 24-year-old man who broke into a Southwest Portland house Monday called 9-1-1 to say the owner had arrived, the Portland Police reported.

Timothy Chapek, of Southwest Portland, said he was concerned the person might have a gun, police report. Spokesman Sgt. Pete Simpson said the homeowner was an adult male but didn`t know his identity yet.

When Chapek made the call about 7 p.m., he had just locked himself in the bathroom after the homeowner arrived to find him taking a shower. The owner, accompanied by his two German Shepherds, had asked Chapek what he was doing and then called 9-1-1." Read More

This may be the first time in recorded history that a burglar calls 911 while he is still at the scene of the crime.

Breaking into a home isn`t rocket science: Dress inconspicuously, and be prepared to make a quick getaway.

This moron takes a shower, increasing the risk he would be caught. Not to mention that he put himself in a vulnerable position when he took off his clothes to take a shower.

The homeowner would have been justified if he had ordered his dogs to attack the trespasser.

Chapek is too cowardly and too stupid to be a successful burglar, he needs to find another line of work when he is released from prison.
