"An Ohio church is running a March Madness basketball bracket contest with a waterproof Bible ready for `manly adventures` as the prize.

Grace Brethren Church in Columbus said players can enter NCAA men`s basketball tournament bracket contest at Winners will receive copies of `The New Living Translation Waterproof Bible,` which the church describes as `handy for camping trips or other manly adventures,` The Columbus Dispatch reported Wednesday.

Millions of college basketball fans participate in March Madness by filling out their brackets, but I doubt if more than a handful will  participate in this contest.

Most people don`t need a waterproof Bible, they need a dust-proof Bible.

I wouldn`t want to bring a Bible to the manly adventures I`m familiar with: Going to strip clubs, and gambling in Las Vegas.

I applaud the pastor for thinking outside the box, but dude you gotta do better than offer a water-proof Bible as the price for the winning bracket.
