Breaking News: Lance Armstrong Possibly Facing Witness Tampering Charges

By Judyth Piazza CEO (Editor)

The U.S. Department of Justice has requested a surveillance tape from Cache Cache, a restaurant where Lance Armstrong and a teammate crossed paths over the weekend.

The video tape allegedly shows Lance Armstrong getting in the face of teammate, Tyler Hamilton because of him appearing on 60 Minutes and claiming that Armstrong used performance enhancing drugs.  Armstrong wanted to know how much CBS paid him for the interview.

The attorneys representing Tyler Hamilton have contacted the federal authorities about the incident and the close encounter between Armstrong and Hamilton.  Witnesses say that Armstrong`s behavior appeared aggressive.

As a result of the confrontation, Armstrong could possibly face witness tampering charges in his performance enhancing drug legal case.
