Lady Seeks To Set Record For Longest Bra Chain For Charity
"An Australian woman said she wants to create the world`s longest chain of bras to raise awareness of breast cancer and the need for research funding.
Leanne Martel, of Wyandra and the mother-of-two leading the effort, said she wants to beat the world record of 166,625 bras, set in Bundaberg, Australia and raise at least $1,600 each for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Chicks in Pink and Think Pink."
A couple of photojournalists might show up to snap a few pics of chain of over 100,000 bras, and Leanne would be lucky to raise a few thousand dollars.
But if Leanne and about twenty of her girlfriends take off their tops and create a chain of topless ladies, dozens of photographers would show up to take hundreds of photos of the newsworthy event. I bet they would raise over $20,000 for their worthy charities. Nobody would be disappointed if they didn`t set a world record.
If Leanne follows my advice, I`ll write a couple of articles to support her cause.
