Great Idea: Movie Night At Wrigley Field

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A Chicago alderman approved of the Cubs` plan to show a movie in Wrigley Field next month, saying it will be good for the neighborhood."

Thank goodness the alderman waived the ban on nighttime events at Wrigly Field to allow the screening of the movie. The UPI article doesn`t mention which movie will be show, it doesn`t really matter, any flick, will be more entertaining than watching the Cubs attempt to play baseball.

In fact, the Cubs should forfeit the rest of their games, and instead of the Cubs playing during the day, motion pictures should be screened at night.Even if Charlie Sheen`s film "Major League" were playing every night, it would be better than watching the Cubs.

Hot dogs, free popcorn, and more importantly beer, will be served, so a good time will be guaranteed for one and all.
