Ringer: Bridget & Andrew Get Upsetting News

By Paulette Cohn

Andrew (Ioan Gruffudd) and Bridget (Sarah Michelle Gellar) are told some upsetting news that also affects Henry (Kristoffer Polaha) on tonight`s episode of Ringer. Could the doctor tell them that Bridget, who was never really pregnant, lost the baby? After all, when we left Bridget and Andrew, she was in the hospital with a concussion about to have an ultrasound.

Then, Andrews daughter Juliet (Zoey Deutch) continues to form an unlikely bond with her teacher Mr. Carpenter (guest star Jason Dohring) and Malcolm (Mike Colter) has a confrontation with Agent Machado (Nestor Carbonell) now that they are both in New York City.

Meanwhile, Siobhan`s relationship with Tyler (guest star Justin Bruening) is jeopardized.

But before tuning in, read what Executive Producer Pam Veasey and series creator Eric C. Charmelo have to tease about the rest of the season.

How are you going to deal with the baby? Will Bridget get pregnant? Lose it? How long is the time span for the season, so should she be giving birth?

Eric: The length of the season will probably span the length of the pregnancy, so we are looking at a nine-month window.

Will Siobhan come back from Paris?

Eric: She will realize that she needs to move around in order for things to work out the way she wants.

Will we see more of Siobhan than we have been?

Pam:  Bridget is driving this season, but you will see more of Siobhan. She is always the one driven by revenge and Bridget by redemption. Revenge has to rear its beautiful head at some point.

Will Bridget find out Siobhan is alive?

Pam:  We don`t know when that is yet. We are optimistic about the many years we have. We have to leave some juice.

Is there more to the Malcolm story?

Eric: There is more to the Malcolm story for sure, but in part it is due to dramatic license, where you want Bridget to be foundering.

Aside from the adultery, Henry doesn`t seem to be such a bad guy.  How will he develop?

Eric:  Henry is a man on the verge. At the beginning, when he is deprived of the thing he wants most, he is driven to desperate measures.

Will Bridget ever smile?

Pam:  The character has to get to a place where she feels that her new world is safe for there to be joy " and then we will probably damage it.

What can you say about the photo of the little boy that has Siobhan so upset?

Eric: You will probably find out in the second half of the season. Other than that, I am remaining tight-lipped about that. But it is certainly part of the sisters` history and drove a gigantic wedge between them.

Ringer airs tonight at 9 p.m. on The CW.
