Herman Cain Thinks He Will Be GOP Nominee Because Blacks Will Vote For Him

By Robert Paul Reyes

"In a new Iowa mailer, Herman Cain says he believes he will be the 2012 GOP nominee because he`s a descendant of slaves who can garner a large share of the black vote, he didn`t inherit a dime, he has traveled the globe for years, and he`s a believer in Jesus Christ."

Barack Obama garnered about 95 percent of the African American vote in 2008, and even if a miracle took place and Herman Cain won the Republican nomination he wouldn`t be able to pry many black votes from the president.

Obama garnered most of the black vote, because his stand on the issues resonated within the African American community. Obama`s agenda of creating jobs and support for entitlement programs appealed to most black voters.

Herman Cain may be black, but his ideology of favoring the rich, and accusing blacks of being too lazy to achieve economic success is anathema to African Americans.

Cain won`t even garner enough votes, from blacks or white. to survive beyond Iowa. He`s a dead candidate walking, going through the motions.

The former CEO of Godfather`s Pizza make a selling point of the fact that he`s a Christian. WWJD? Would Jesus take advantage of a woman who can to him for help finding a job? Would Jesus be too lazy to prepare for debates and interviews? Would Jesus vote for a clown like Herman Cain?
