By Taru Bhatia

New Delhi: While accusing Indian government of preparing an ineffective Lokpal Bill, Anti Corruption crusader Anna Hazzare, on Friday declared that he will go on another fast starting on December 27 in the Indian Capital, Delhi.

"I will go on fast from December 27 for eight-days and will protest against the draft that has been prepared by the Government then I will leave the fast and start on a tour of the five states and tell them they are being cheated," he said to the media in his hometown Ralegan Siddhi.

"74 year old also attacked the Indian Congress Party Rahul Gandhi of interfering with the working of the Standing Committee of Parliament. It might be due to Rahul Gandhi`s intervention that the recent change took place in the Lokpal Bill," he said.

"Anna Hazare further maintained that the Indian Parliament was unable to maintain its own words and was not firm on its commitment. If there was a backtracking on the promise given to me I will start the agitation again," he said adding that that the Prime Minister said in a letter earlier and has assured him that the Lokpal Bill will include the junior officials of the government.

Meanwhile, Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama on Friday said he will `fully` support the Anna Hazare`s anti corruption movement.
