Luke-Warm Christians Scared by 'Suing the Devil'?

Churches around the world are reporting the film is awakening Christians to the devil`s tactics in a stunning, if not scary fashion. 

One person reported that the film scared them out of complacency. "It literally scared the pants off me, my church, and my family. My Bible study group has completely changed." 

"We`re getting tons of emails from people around the world," says a spokesperson for Mouthwatering Productions, "that testifies to the film`s amazing impact in bring skeptics, addicts, and even the luke-warm to Christ." 

What started with a man driving one hour in the rain to see the film in North Carolina to gang members turning to Christ, `Suing the Devil` is exposing the devil`s greatest lie: he doesn`t exist. Over 50% of American Christians no longer believe the devil exists according to a recent poll. 

"Scripture is pretty clear," says Tim Chey, the film`s director, "that we are not to be ignorant of the devil`s tactics. Yet the majority of Christians could care less." 

Chey, a Harvard alumnus and former atheist, says it`s easy to be duped. "I don`t even watch television anymore because it`s the easiest way for satan to penetrate our homes." 

`Suing the Devil` is the current #1 Christian movie in the U.S. on It`s also one of the top Christian films in Brazil, U.K., Netherlands, Australia, Nigeria, Canada, et al. 

On Walmart`s official On Demand site (, `Suing the Devil` ranks in the Top 25 films out of more than 17,000 movies in the `Top Picks` category. 

`Suing the Devil` also ranks in the Top 100 of the `Most Watched` category out of 15,791 films. It also rates an A+ among Yahoo movie users. 

The film famously survived a smear campaign of stalkers, film critics, atheist groups, and devil worshippers attacking the film non-stop since the film`s theatrical release. 

Besides the A+ rating on Yahoo, the general public also gave `Suing the Devil` a 5-star rating on Blockbuster`s On Demand and 4-stars on 

The film is also available through in 90% of all cable stations through On Demand (Comcast, AT&T, Time-Warner, Cox, Cablevision, Rogers, Verizon, etc) and ITunes, Vudu, Blockbuster, and Amazon On Demand in the U.S. and Canada reaching 100 million households. 

`Suing the Devil` stars Malcolm McDowell, Rebecca St. James, Corbin Bernsen, Shannen Fields (`Facing the Giants`), Tom Sizemore, Ros Gentle, and Bart Bronson. 

In the film, Luke O`Brien, a washed-up janitor turned night law student, decides to sue Satan (Malcolm McDowell) for $8 trillion dollars. On the last day before Luke files a default judgment, Satan appears to defend himself. On Satan`s legal team are 10 of the country`s best trial lawyers. The entire world watches Legal TV to see who will win the Trial of the Century.
