Dude Named 'Rother' Calls 911: Deli Didn't Slather Enough Mayo On His Sandwich

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A man unhappy with the way a deli in East Hartford, Conn., prepared a sandwich for him tried to bring in the police to settle the matter, a dispatch call shows.

Rother McLennon called 911 Wednesday afternoon and told the emergency dispatcher he had asked the staff at Greatful Deli `for little turkey, and little ham, a lot of cheese and a lot of mayonnaise and they are giving me a hard time.`"

Rother (what kind of a name is that?) should have been arrested for ordering a sandwich with a little turkey, and a little ham, a lot of cheese and a lot of mayonnaise, instead of the other way around. A real man wants his sandwich loaded with meat, and easy on the condiments.

Rother asked the 911 operator if a cop could "just stop by" and serve as an arbitrator. They should have dispatched a cop with a club or taser to arbitrate the living hell out of him.

I hope Rother spends at least a day in jail for abuse of the 911 system, the jailbirds would just love a dude named "Rother" who is so picky about his sandwiches.
