Who Enriches Our Culture The Most: Dora The Explorer, Jon Stewart Or Snooki?

"Millions of households can no longer watch the likes of Jon Stewart, Snooki and Dora the Explorer on their home televisions after 17 channels went dark last night due to an impasse in carriage fee negotiations between DirecTV and Viacom."

This dispute between DirecTV and Viacom is a blessing in disguise; the nation`s collective IQ will probably spike about 10 points without the likes of Jon Stewart and Snooki polluting our airwaves.

Most pop culture critics, academicians, pundits and just plain folks would agree that that we can do without the drunken antics of Snooki and Jwoww.

However, some left-leaning intellectuals are mourning the loss of Jon Stewart, and I for the life of me can`t understand why. I`m liberal, but smug and arrogant Stewart is the type of jerk I used to beat up in high school. The simple fact is that Jon Stewart, or I should say his writers, aren`t very funny.

The absence of Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants is a national tragedy; these cartoons are delightful and remarkably well scripted.

Who would you miss the most: Dora, Jon Stewart or Snooki?
