If You Pay For Phone Sex, Is It Prostitution?

"Phone sex is all talk and doesn`t constitute an act of prostitution, an Italian court has ruled.

The Italian supreme court Friday overturned a lower court conviction of a Milan man who had paid a woman to talk dirty to him over the telephone.

The man had been convicted of sexual exploitation, but the high court ruled no crime had been committed since the man and the woman had no physical contact."

The American Big Brother has siblings all over the world; it`s the inclination of any government to interfere in the personal lives of regular people.

The Italian high court correctly ruled that phone sex isn`t an act of prostitution since the man and the woman have no physical contact. (at least not with each other.)

If a man is so lonely that he feels compelled to pay a lady to talk dirty to him, it may be sad and pathetic but it`s not illegal.

With my luck if I called a 900 sex line number (do they still exist?), the sex operator would get bored, and her fake sex moans would soon morph into snoring.
