Girl Rewarded For Returning Purse Stuffed With Cash & Gold With Justin Beiber Tickets

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A Maine girl who found a purse containing more than $4,000 and turned it in to find its owner was rewarded with free tickets to a Justin Bieber concert.

John and Jennifer Jacobson of Scarborough said their daughter, Abbie, was visiting Sam`s Club with her father in April when she discovered the small purse on the ground and found it contained more than $4,000 in $100 bills, a debit card and a cache of gold rings, bracelets and earrings, the New York Daily News reported Wednesday."

If the purse didn`t contain any identification, I would have kept it figuring anyone who lost a purse containing money and jewelry and no ID is either too stupid or too criminal to deserve getting it back.

The parents should be commended for their honesty, they could have told their daughter: God has blessed us with money and gold, and we will give you a few bucks so you can buy Justin Beiber albums.

It should be noted that the owner of the purse, Ra Rim, didn`t give Abbie a penny as a reward.

There was a Bank of Maine debit card in the purse, and the head of the bank read in a local paper about Abbie`s love for Justin Beiber, and he rewarded the girl`s honesty with free tickets to a Justin Beiber concert.

If I found a bag of loot and returned it, and was rewarded with tickets to a Justin Bieber concert I would commit suicide, but I`m sure that young Abbie is thrilled with her reward.
