William Ilg had filed a lawsuit against the strip club, alleging he was being fraudulently charged because the number of drinks he was served left him `no longer capable of conducting financial transactions,` the New York Daily News reported Thursday."

Dudes who go to strip clubs are stupid losers. Consider this moron who blew over 28K on skanky strippers in a single night without getting any real sex, for that kind of loot he could have hired a dozen prostitutes to please him every night for a freaking month.
New York Supreme Court Justice Manuel Mendez reasoned that "there is no duty upon the club to protect the plaintiff from the results of his voluntary intoxication."
In other words the law can`t protect a dude from letting his genitals do all the thinking for him.
The only thing that William Ilg accomplishing by suing the strip club was to make himself the laughingstock of New York.
