"TMZ has learned ... someone made the allegation last week to the L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I), claiming Octomom is getting various forms of welfare, including food stamps, even though she made nearly $200,000 in 2012.
Under California law, Octo can legitimately collect welfare for her and her 14 kids if she makes $119,000 or less in a calendar year, but if the allegation is true ... she exceeded the limit by a lot."
It`s almost impossible for a freak not to be able to turn his notoriety to wealth, and Octomom has taken advantage of her celeb status and earned hundreds of thousands making adult movies and showing off her stretch marks and much more in strip clubs.
Octomom has 14 mouths to feed, and she has only herself to blame for being in the predicament of only being able to pay her bills by selling her body.
Making adult movies and shaking your moneymaker in a strip club may be a morally ambiguous endeavor, but it`s perfectly legal. However welfare fraud is morally reprehensible and a crime, and if convicted Octomom could spend more than three years in prison.
Octomom deserves to rot behind bars, and her children deserve to be placed in good homes.
