World Gone Nuts! UK Store Pulls Nuts For Lack Of Warning About Nut Content!

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A British supermarket chain announced it is pulling Whole Hearted Roasted Monkey Nuts from shelves because they do not warn of their peanut contents.

The Booths chain, which has multiple locations in England, including Lancashire, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Cheshire and Salford, said it will remove any packages of the nuts that do not declare the presence of peanuts on their labels."

Whole Hearted Roasted Monkey Nuts are packaged in clear plastic; the whole nuts can be clearly seen. A consumer doesn`t have to seek the help of a grocery store clerk or a psychic to determine what`s in the damn package.

I wish I could write the warning label for Whole Roasted Monkey Nuts: Warning you moron, this package contains whole nuts. If you are allergic to peanuts you would be well-advised not to buy this bag of peanuts.

Unfortunately, in a litigious society like America or the UK, the warning label is necessary. I`m surprised a bloody fool hasn`t sued yet, claiming he had no idea the package contained peanuts.

Ah, Monkey Nuts!
