Outrage: Couple Change Baby's Diapers At Their Seat At Starbucks

By Robert Paul Reyes

"Police said they responded to a Denver Starbucks after an altercation between an employee and customers who changed their son`s diaper at their table.

Alex Burgos said he and his wife Ruth were getting coffee Mothers` Day weekend when their 1-year-old son Thiago needed to be changed. Ruth took him to the restroom, only to find there was no changing table, so she changed his diaper at their seat at the coffee shop."

Patrons flock to Starbucks to take advantage of the free Wi-Fi, to sip premium coffee, and to enjoy the relative quiet.

Nothing disturbs the peace and tranquility like a crying infant, if I had my druthers babies would be banned from restaurants and movie theaters.

It`s bad enough that this inconsiderate couple took their baby to Starbucks, but to change the brat`s diapers at their seat is beyond the pale.

This outrageous act breaks dozens of rules dealing with health and sanitation, etiquette and common sense.

The parents should have changed the baby`s diapers in their car, and if they didn`t have a car, they should have waited until they got home to change his dirty drawers.

The cops should have hauled away the offending couple, and their damn baby to jail.
