Judyth Piazza interviews Mack Maloney, Author of Beyond Area 51 and Attack on Area 51

By Judyth Piazza CEO (Editor)

Mack Maloney grew up in the Dorchester section of Boston. His father was a veteran of World War II and an avid reader of military books. As a child, Mack started reading these books too, along with a lot of UFO books and publications.

Mack received a BS in journalism and a graduate degree in filmmaking from Emerson College. He was a sports reporter for two years after college before joining The General Electric Company as a publicist. Mack started writing books in 1984, and has been doing it full time since 1987, penning more than 40 titles, mostly in the area of military fiction.

Beyond Area 51, published by Penguin books, is a follow-up to his very popular 2012 book, UFOs in Wartime: What They Didn`t Want You To Know, also published by Penguin.

Beyond Area 51 looks at 20 mysterious places around the world that are similar to the U.S. Government`s top secret Area 51 base in Nevada. All of these secret places have some connection to UFOs.

A friend who works for U.S. intelligence guides me through the book like Marley`s Ghost, Maloney said. And even though `Beyond Area 51` is a work of non-fiction, it has a surprise ending.

This is Maloney`s second Area 51 book to be released this month. Open Road Media has just published an ebook novella titled Attack on Area 51,  which is a continuation of Maloney`s best-selling fighter-pilot series, Wingman.
