"Burglars in Southern California apparently had a change of heart after stealing from a nonprofit organization. The very next day, they returned the items and left an apology letter, NBC Los Angeles reported.
The thieves broke into the San Bernardino County Sexual Assault Services on July 31, taking several computer towers and monitors along with a laptop."
The next day the repentant thieves left a shopping cart containing all of the stolen items in front of the non-profit organization.
The cart included a note that read: We had no idea what we were takeing. Here your stuff back we hope that you guys can continue to make a difference in peoples live. God bless.
I`m a cynic, but I`m giving the non-profit the benefit of the doubt that this isn`t an elaborate publicity stunt.
There is hope for these thieves, but they will need to take a remedial course in English before they can qualify for a real job.
Maybe they should have kept a couple of the computers and enrolled in an online college.
