House Stenographer, Diane Reid: Patriot of the Year! Video of Outburst!

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A stenographer for the House apparently lost it Wednesday night as lawmakers passed a government funding and debt limit deal, Roll Call reports. The stenographer began shouting about God and the Freemasons as the vote took place.

`He will not be mocked. He will not be mocked. Don`t touch me. He will not be mocked,` the stenographer shouted as she was taken away by U.S. Capitol Police. `The greatest deception here is not `one nation under God.` It never was. Had it been, it would not have been.`

She continued, `The Constitution would not have been written by Freemasons. They go against God.`

She went on,  `You cannot serve two masters. Praise be to God, Lord Jesus Christ.`"

USA Today

Our long national nightmare is over, at least for a few months, Congress finally passed legislation ending the government shutdown and raising the debt ceiling.

But this long-running farce that jeopardized the credit and reputation of the United States was too much for stenographer for the House of Representatives, Diane Reid.

She lost it while the vote was taking place to end the political circus; she went on a rant invoking Jesus Christ and condemning the Freemasons.

I don`t subscribe to Reid`s paranoid conspiracy theories, but she spoke truth to power. She may have been the only sane person in the House.

It may have been nonsensical for Reid to reference the Freemasons in her diatribe, but she was correct in her assessment that there`s something rotten in Denmark.

I hereby nominate this modern-day prophet, Diane Reid, as  Patriot of the Year.
