Old Dude Loses Diamond Ring In Trick-or-Treater's Bag
"A Florida man is asking his neighbors to search through their children`s candy after his diamond ring apparently fell into a trick-or-treater`s bag.
John Wildeman, 66, of Punta Gorda said he realized his ring was missing from his finger after handing out candy to about 300 trick-or-treaters on Halloween and he fears it may have fallen into a child`s candy bag."
At age 66, Wildeman should be commended for realizing that his ring was missing, most folks his age don`t realize that they forgot to put on their dentures and diapers.
Wildeman also deserves praise for handing out candy to 300 trick-or-treaters. After I hand out candy to 30 kids, I turn off my porch lights and tie my dog to the porch rail, even if I still have tons of candy left.
But Wildeman should realize that he ain`t gonna get his ring back; it`s probably already been sold on eBay.
Let`s hope Santa believes in karma, and gives him a diamond ring for Christmas.
