Talking Parrot Helps Cops Nab Owner's Murderer

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A talking parrot in India helped Agra police track down the man who killed its owner, 45-year-old Neelam Sharma.

According to the victim`s husband, Vijay Sharma, Hercules the parrot started acting funny whenever his nephew Ashutosh visited during the days after the Feb. 20 killing."

The victim`s husband became suspicious of his nephew and he shared his suspicions with the police. The nephew was interrogated and he confessed to killing Neelam and her dog.

The nephew should have killed the victim`s talking parrot instead of her barking dog. Not every pooch has the brains of Lassie, but even the dumbest parrot can rat out a murderer.

Anyone who kills a person and a defenseless dog needs to spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Moral of this story:

Life`s like a bird, it`s pretty cute until it craps on your head or snitches on you.
