Russia has lost its "Sphere of Influence" in EurAsia...

Russia has lost its "Sphere of Influence" in EurAsia...

In order to ensure a prosperous and progressive future, Russia must first realize it has lost its "Sphere of Influence;" by its aggressive actions; because of this Russia will have to make three major changes to regain respect and trust from within the Russian Government, Partners to the West, and Security Threats from East-Asia...

The Russian Government for decades has been a Top-Down/Dictatorship style of Government.  This led to the collapse of the Soviet Union and more and more countries went to the streets with a clear mandate that they would not like return to such a system... Only Russia would like to see a return to the old system as it drained resources from the other 14 Nations without allowing them to be a part of the all-inclusive club.  Russia never listened to the People it was supposed to serve.  There was no Freedoms, Rule of Law, or Open Society; only slave like conditions, for a hard day`s work for little pay...  For far too long the Top-Down approach of the Russian Government operated without regard or respect for people`s rights, wants or needs.

Partners to the East must actively call for Reforms of the former Soviet States and more importantly within Russia... Russia has shifted from Communism to a Market Economy/Capitalism; however, it falls short with Corruption, Rule of Law, and Aggressive-Actions against its Neighbors, lack of Open Society and Transparency, as well as a huge lack of respect for Honest Business and Investment Practices...  The West is interested in helping spur growth and development at all levels of Eastern European States.  One way to do that is via "Western Economic Reforms" through community and city "Comprehensive Planning," such as this United Nations Global Reform Mandate https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=explorer&chrome=true&srcid=0B-ygIxNdW7E9YWE5NTBmNjMtZmY5OC00YmMyLThkNmUtNTc1MWJhMDVhM2Zj&hl=en_US .  The plan focuses on Public, Private, Partnership`s via a Commonsense-Community approach to enhance quality of life through economic development...

Russia has major Security threats from East-Asia.  The traditional militarized Russia collapsed as the Soviet Union collapsed...  While Russia still desperately clung onto its Military Assets, it fell short economically for more than twenty years...  It posed no threat, nor had no market to speak of during this time.  Foreign Direct Investments were difficult due to a host of obstacles; thereby, resulting in Russia being a huge failure as a Big Emerging Market (BEM) for both the East and the West.  The BEM failure could have vastly opened up the Private sector, but instead kept it in business in Cold Bazaar`s and under Corrupt Business Practices.  China while opening up trade and commerce as a low producer gained economic penetration and turf Gaines as Russian borders blurred in Manchuria, Vladivostok, once a political secondary Capital has been bought and via immigration masses been assimilated by China, while Harbin has lost its cultural and economic luster... China has also assimilated Hong Kong, flexed its muscle in Japanese Sea--made Claims on Japanese Islands, and without firing a shot assimilated Russian Southern Territory that Old Russians fought for along the Ussuri, and Amur Rivers, which are now the current location of Vladivostok...

Ladies and Gentlemen, today few think of Russia outside its National Borders and to the South-East China does not even respect those.  To the West Ukraine millions have flocked the streets in calls for Revolution for Russia`s strong-arm support of the Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.  Russia has problems, but those problems are a result for a "Top-Down State" that offered little to the people that it led under the former Soviet Union... None will ever pledge support and/or agree to fall under such a repressive regime again...

Respectfully, analyzing the Geopolitical loss of Russian "Sphere of Influence" in EurAsia...
