Outrage: Christian School Complains Girl, 8, Isn't Feminine Enough! Video!

By Robert Paul Reyes

"The family of an 8-year-old Virginia girl has removed her from her private Christian school after the school complained her appearance wasn`t feminine enough.

`We`re talking about Timberlake Christian School in Virginia. It sent a letter to Sunnie Kahle`s grandparents and they said she wouldn`t be allowed to go to school next year if she didn`t follow biblical standards and look more like a girl.`"

This school is only about five miles from my home, proof positive that I live in the devil`s playground.

The letter sent to the young girl`s legal guardians states: Administrators can refuse enrolling for condoning sexual immorality, practicing homosexual lifestyle or alternative gender identity.`

I guess Becky Bowman, the elementary school`s principal, wouldn`t be satisfied unless Sunnie had a pink bow on her hair, a Hello Kitty shirt, and girly shoes.

Sunnie cut her hair so she could donate it to a little girl afflicted with cancer, and as far as her "boyish" attire, I`m quite sure it`s not a conscious or unconscious attempt to express solidarity with butch lesbians. Little boys and little girls simply feel more comfortable playing and running when they are clad in jeans and a T-shirt.

Sunnie may not be following the school`s Neanderthal biblical standards, but she certainly fits the mold of the typical American child who loves dressing casual.

Sunnie`s grandparents have taken her out of Timberlake Christian School and enrolled in her their local public school. Now Sunnie has the opportunity to grow up to be a normal girl in an atmosphere that doesn`t stifle her individuality.
