Judge Tells Burger King Employee Convicted of Vandalism to Get a 'Real Job'

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A Montana judge suggested that a man who was convicted of vandalism replace his Burger King gig with a real job so that he can pay restitution to his victims.

According to prosecutors, Brandon Daniel Turell and an accomplice shot out the windows of about 100 vehicles and at least one home with a BB gun in December 2012.

District Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced Brandon Daniel Turell to 10 years in custody of the state department of corrections, but gave him a five-year suspended sentence. The 21-year-old was also ordered to pay $13,600 in restitution."

The hamburger-flipping loser told the judge he earned $9.50 an hour at Burger King, and the judge responded that he should get a real job so he could pay restitution to his victims.

A moron who shoots out the windows of 100 vehicles can look forward to working menial jobs for the rest of his life. It would take this sorry excuse for a human being decades to pay $13,600 in restitution.

Screw restitution, I`m sure his victims would settle for vengeance. Instead of telling the creep to get a real job, the judge should have sentenced him to five years in prison.
