Black Postal Worker Goes Postal: Stylist Took Too Long to Untangle Her Ratty Weave!

By Robert Paul Reyes

"Rachel Meyers, 26, allegedly hurled a curling iron stand at a stylist at Century 27 Beauty Salon on Friday while pitching a fit over what she thought was slow service, according to the salon`s manager.

`She switched. She went postal,` Ravi Ramirez, 24, told the Daily News of Meyers` sudden, violent outrage after staffers allegedly didn`t un-knot her hair fast enough.

The postal worker, who came in as a walk-in while wearing her uniform, said she was on a time crunch while on a break from work."

New York Daily News

A female African American postal worker walked into a beauty salon with the unrealistic expectation that the hair stylists could un-knot her tangled weave during her break from work. It would take less time to solve a 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle or to prepare your taxes.

A postal employee complaining about slow service, kind of ironic, don`t you think?

Meyers came in as a walk-in, in other words she didn`t have an appointment, but she expected the hair stylists to treat her like a diva.

Because Rachel Meyers was having a bad hair weave day, she decided to take out her frustrations on the beleaguered stylists. Homegirl went bonkers hurling a curling iron stand at an employee; you could say Meyers went postal.

Mind you, Meyers walked into the beauty salon wearing her uniform; she is a disgrace to her uniform and should immediately be fired.

The postal worker with the ratty weave was charged with four misdemeanors, including assault.
