Winnie the Pooh Banned by Polish Playground for Dubious Sexuality

"Winnie the Pooh " the decades-old childhood character made famous by books, cartoon animation specials and spin-off toys and teddies " has been banned from a Polish playground because of confusion about his sexuality and consternation at his attire.


Council members were debating which character should become the face of a new playground in the small town of Tuszyn, and among the final contestants " Pooh Bear, The Independent reported."

The distinguished council members shouldn`t get their panties in a twist because Winnie the Pooh doesn`t wear pants; neither does Donald Duck for that matter. It`s not uncommon for cartoon characters to eschew clothing, they`re not anatomically correct, so it doesn`t matter. For heaven`s sake, get a grip!

Winnie the Pooh is a global goodwill ambassador, he transcends gender, only an anal-retentive loser would spend even a second pondering Pooh`s gender or sexuality.

For God`s sake name the damn park after Winnie the Pooh!
