Brewery Creates Christmas Tree From 300 Kegs: Video

By Robert Paul Reyes

"The Genesee Brewing Co. in New York State stacked 300 empty beer kegs to create a 23-foot-tall Christmas tree topped by a rotating Genesee sign.

Workers stacked the 300 half-barrel stainless steel kegs and trimmed the tree with 600 feet of LED rope lights to ensure the display is properly lit.

The display is topped with a rotating Genesee sign."

I guess it only makes sense that employees of a brewery would make a Christmas tree using empty beer kegs.  But I wonder if they came up with the brilliant idea after sampling some of their own product.

This keg Christmas tree perfectly captures the true spirit of Christmas: Drunken debauchery!

Have a very Berr-y Christmas and a Tappy New Year!

On a serious note if you have more than one drink at a Christmas party, please take a cab home.
