Unexploded World War II Bomb Found Near Berlin

By Robert Paul Reyes

"Authorities in a German city evacuated about 10,000 people from the area surrounding a building site where an unexploded World War II bomb was found.

City authorities in Potsdam, a historic city located outside of Berlin, said builders working on state investment bank ILB`s new headquarters discovered the 550-pound bomb, which dates from World War II, buried at the site."

This is another example of the " overabundance of caution " insanity that has run amok in Western societies.

To evacuate 10,000 people for the area surrounding a building site where an unexploded World War II bomb is found is sheer madness.

You don`t have to be a rocket scientist or a bomb disposal expert to realize that the bomb is inert and nothing more than a really heavy paper weight.
