Bill Cosby Heckled by Protesters!
"About two dozen protesters disrupted Bill Cosby`s stand-up comedy show on Friday night. The protesters heckled and shouted during the opening minutes of the event in protest of unanswered sexual assault allegations leveled against the veteran comic.
Wearing matching T-shirts and carrying posters smuggled into the venue, the protesters stood up and began blowing whistles, chanting `We believe the women` before police and security removed them. One protester called Cosby an `arrogant piece of shi*.` "
When we are confronted with blatant evil we shouldn`t mince words or strive for a politically-correct tone.
When dozens of women risk ridicule and the impugnment of their character by publicly stating that a TV icon drugged and rape them, we should treat them with respect and give their testimonies a fair hearing.
I believe the women, their narratives are strikingly similar, and it`s ludicrous to believe they are lying or part of a conspiracy.
The protestor who called Bill Cosby an " arrogant piece of shi*" eloquently and boldly spoke truth to power, and he should be hired as a pundit by Fox News or CNN.
For Bill Cosby to joke about the allegations of rape at his stand-up comedy show is the height of arrogance, and he can`t possibly sink any lower.
Pundits, celebrities, and especially Cosby`s stand-up comedy colleagues must follow the example of the unidentified protester and call a spade a spade.
Kudos to Bill Maher for not mincing words and calling Cosby a creep:
