Man, 95, Breaks 200-meter Sprint Record: Video

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A 95-year-old retired dentist in Britain ran 200 meters -- 656 feet -- in 55.48 seconds to set a new world record for runners 95 and older."

If I live to be over 90 like Charles Eugster I won`t attempt to set any track and field records, I will settle for being able to walk from the sofa to the bathroom without passing out or soiling my diapers.

Eugster dedicating himself to fitness at the age of 85 and joined a bodybuilding club two years later, it`s never too late to try to improve yourself mentally, physically or spiritually.

Eugster thanked his supporters on Facebook, that`s right this old coot in active on social media. Here`s a link to his Facebook page:

I think he`s earned a like from you!
