If I live to be over 90 like Charles Eugster I won`t attempt to set any track and field records, I will settle for being able to walk from the sofa to the bathroom without passing out or soiling my diapers.
Eugster dedicating himself to fitness at the age of 85 and joined a bodybuilding club two years later, it`s never too late to try to improve yourself mentally, physically or spiritually.
