Friday the 13th Was 'World Sleep Day', Did You Take a Nap?

"Insomniacs around the world should grab a nap Friday to celebrate World Sleep Day.

The day was organized by the World Association of Sleep Medicine and was meant to bring attention to disorders caused by lack of sleep.

One in 15 Americans -- 22 million -- suffer from sleep apnea and more than 100 million people around the world are not getting enough sleep."

I am never so busy that I don`t have time for a nap. Every day like clockwork, I turn off my phone, call my cat Tico, and we take an hour nap on the sofa.

The world isn`t going to stop spinning on its axis because I take a nap; nobody is so indispensable that he can`t afford to take a nap.

I don`t take a nap due to lack of sleep, I get my eight hours of sleep almost every night, and my daily nap is just a treat because I`m such an awesome guy.

Pamper yourself and take a nap every day, and you`ll discover that you will reinvigorated and reenergized, and you will accomplish all of your daily goals.
