Iowa Lawmaker Goes Viral After He's Caught Reading 'Sex After Sixty' On State House Floor

By Robert Paul Reyes

"Iowa state Rep. Ross Paustian, R-Walcott, is gaining Internet fame after being photographed on the House floor reading a book titled Sex After Sixty.

The members were settled in for a debate over amendments to a bill regarding collective bargaining for teachers when Paustian was photographed reading the book."

I imagine there are few things in life more boring than a debate on collective bargaining for teachers; I`m surprised the Iowa state representatives weren`t playing video games or surfing porn on their Smartphones.

Rep. Ross Paustian is laid back on his chair, with the book wide open; it certainly appears as if he is enthralled. However, the book is a gag gift with blank pages. Most appropriate, considering there is no sex after sixty.

Paustin has been bombarded with angry emails since the photograph was posted on the Twitter account of Des Moines Register reporter Brianne Pfannenstiel. Citizens please, untwist your panties, remove your finger from your rear end, and find a real problem to protest. This ain`t exactly an Anthony Weiner type sex scandal.
