Scofflaw Family of Evil Vandals Outed on Facebook!

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A Redmond man`s outrage over vandalism along a popular Oregon trail has turned into a viral hunt for the alleged culprits and a U.S. Forest Service investigation.

Brett Nelson was hiking with a friend along the Tumalo Falls Trail outside Bend last Saturday when he says he saw a dad with his two children carving their names into a metal railing at a scenic overlook.

Nelson said he confronted the family and urged them to stop. But even the dad seemed to think it was no big deal and let the kids continue. "

USA Today

A grown-ass father and his two grown-ass children carved their names into a metal railing at a popular Oregon trail, and a concerned citizen, Brett Nelson, confronted the scofflaw family, and they basically blew him off.

A gentle reproach had no effect on the criminally-minded family, so Nelson snapped a picture of them and posted it on Facebook with the caption: PROUD parent letting children carve names in Tumalo Falls hand railing "

If the brazen vandals are nabbed, which is likely due to Nelson`s clear photograph, they could be subject to a $5,000 fine and jail time.

If you recognize these miscreants, tempting as it may be to bash their heads in with a sledgehammer, don`t take the law into your own hands: Notify the authorities immediately.
