"A Utah woman shared video of herself in a post-surgery haze having an emotional moment spurred by acting out a Pac-Man scenario with her hands.
Jenn Packham, an American Fork student who recently underwent leg surgery at University of Utah Health Care in Salt Lake City, shared a video of herself in a post-surgery daze pretending one hand is Pac-Man and the other is one of the video game character`s ghost enemies."
The four ghosts in Pac-Man are named Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde; neither their names nor their appearance inspires fear.
But Jenna, a patient in a post-surgery haze, was in abject terror when she was imagining one hand was Pac-Man and the other was a ghost who was about to devour Pac-Man.
The nurse, demonstrating excellent bedside manner saves the day, taking the patient`s Pac-Man hand and turning it away from the villainous ghost.
In post-surgery stupor I would probably imagine that Casper the Friendly Ghost, the embodiment of white privilege, was biting off my hands.
