David Letterman, Jerry Seinfeld Pull Their Endorsements From Bill Cosby Biography

By Robert Paul Reyes

"When Mark Whitaker`s Cosby: His Life and Times debuted on Sept. 16, 2014, it hit shelves with an enviable roster of A-listers singing the praises of the first major biography of the veteran comedian " as well as its subject. But as the shocking revelations continue to unspool due to now-unsealed depositions (in which Bill Cosby admits to obtaining Quaaludes to seduce women in the 1970s for sexual purposes), those stars have pulled back on their endorsements."

Hollywood Reporter

Funnymen Jerry Seinfeld and David Letterman have demanded that their back-cover blurbs in support of Mark Whitaker`s 2014 Bill Cosby bio, " Cosby: His Life and Times", be removed from all future use.

Mark Whitaker should do the right thing and donate all of the proceeds from the sale of his execrable Cosby biography to charities in support of rape victims.

How can Whitaker live with himself; to write a Cosby biography without mentioning the dozens of allegations of sexual assault is like writing a Hitler biography and not mentioning the holocaust.

Kudos to Seinfeld and Letterman for distancing themselves from the vilest celebrity in the history of Hollywood.

You know Cosby is toast when celebrities retract their blurbs from his biography.
