On Sunday January 3, 2016, as the complainant, a 61 year-old male, was inside a Sunoco gas station located at 801 South Broad Street purchasing lottery tickets, an unknown black male approached the complainant from behind and snatched approximately 350 from the complainant`s hand. After snatching the money, the suspect ran from the store with the complainant following him. The complainant was able to catch the suspect when a struggle ensued. During the struggle the complainant was pushed to the ground sustaining a cut to his left leg. The suspect then fled and was last seen entering a newer dark silver Ford Mustang with a Pa Tag of JHY-3783.

Before you buy a lottery ticket you would be well-advised to make the sign of the cross, light a candle or recite a prayer -- you will need all the good karma you can muster.
But if you rob a Buddhist monk as he`s purchasing tickets you will suffer bad karma for the rest of your miserable life.
You don`t have to be a psychic to predict what fate awaits this thug: His Mustang will be repossessed, one of his homies will shoot him and steal his ill-gotten gains, and he will eventually be arrested for one crime or another and be raped in prison.
Moral of this story: If you buy a lotter ticket pray that luck will shine one you, if you rob a Buddhist monk when he`s purchasing lottery tickets, you`ve just bought a one-way ticket to hell.
