Worldwide Outrage After Harambe the Gorilla is Murdered by Zookeepers

By Robert Paul Reyes

"The family of a young boy who crawled in to a gorilla compound at a US zoo, which resulted in one of the mighty apes being killed, have thanked the zoo for the quick action in saving their child.

The child, whose name was not released, was released from Cincinnati Children`s Hospital Medical Center on Saturday night, hours after the incident.

His family said in a statement today the boy was home and doing fine. .We extend our heartfelt thanks for the quick action by the Cincinnati Zoo staff.`

The zoo`s animal response team assessed the `life-threatening situation` and defended their decision to shoot Harambe rather than tranquilize him, but thousands took to social media to call it a `murder`."

The child didn`t innocently fall into the gorilla compound, the little brat crawled in to the gorilla compound, and then fell about ten feet into the exhibit moat.

The parents are responsible for the senseless death of the lowland gorilla, an endangered species. They should have kept a short leash on their 4-year-old child, who had already expressed a desire to "swim with the gorillas."

To cage a magnificent beast in a zoo enclosure is inhumane beyond words, and then for the zookeepers to murder him while he is in their care and protection renders me impotent with seething rage.

To be frank stupid people are a dime a dozen, but lowland gorillas are an endangered species thanks to the bloodlust of humans.

The gorilla should have been tranquillized; he was acting in a protective manner which is more than can be said for the parents.

But even if the gorilla was crushing the imbecile kid he should not have been murdered.

I demand to know the identity of this wretched family, perhaps the most hated family in America. The parents have yet to apologize for their criminal negligence which led to the killing of the mighty ape.

The blood of the mighty ape Harambe cries out for justice!
