German Shepherd Helps Girl Remove Loose Tooth

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A California girl employed the skills of her pet German Shepherd to help pull a tooth that had been loose for months.

Carlos Vasquez shared video of his 10-year-old daughter Sidney to their family dentist`s Facebook page, as she attached the loose tooth to a piece of string and had the dog attempt to pull it out.

`Normally our favorite dentist - Dr. R James Richardson does Sidney`s dental work since he is the best dentist... And the only person the kids trust...But since it`s Sunday and his office is closed - she enlisted her German Shepherd to help with the extraction,` Vasquez wrote."

Since it was Sunday and dentist`s office was closed Carlos Vasquez allowed his daughter to enlist the help of her pooch to extract her tooth.

There was no medical necessity for the young girl to have her tooth immediately extracted, cheapskate dad just wanted to avoid an expensive dental bill.

Fortunately, there wasn`t a mishap and the dog performed admirably and the girl wasn`t hurt.

If you aren`t too squeamish, here`s the link to the video:
