"A fire that damaged a vacant home on George Street in Dayton Sunday morning started in a dog house outside the structure where a homeless man had been living, according to Dayton Fire District Chief Rennes Bowers.
Neighbors reported a man was living in the sizable dog house.
He had a mattress in the dog house and the fire appears to have started in the dog house and spread to the rear of the structure."
My pooch, Mandy, has two doghouses, she alternates between the two. One of her houses is big enough for a midget to live in comfortably.
But if I discovered a little person living in Mandy`s doghouse, I would beat the living hell out of him. Dogs don`t start fires, and they are adorable, unlike the homeless.
It`s a shame however that a homeless person was living in a doghouse outside a vacant home, maybe vacant and abandoned homes can be turned into shelters for the homeless.
If the homeless person who started the fire is caught, he`s really going to be in the doghouse.
