"A woman in Australia was recorded successfully resuscitating a dead baby horse using a CPR-like lifesaving technique.
Suzanne Hall, who runs the North West Equine Rescue in Warrall, New South Wales, said she found the foal, Esmeralda Sparkles, unresponsive in her stall early Wednesday morning.
Hall was recorded giving the foal mouth-to-nose rescue breaths and massaging her lungs until the baby horse began to move and breathe on her own."
I`m trained on CPR, but I must confess that I would be hesitant to perform CPR for fear of getting sued, and because I would hate to be so intimate with a stranger.
If a woman who looks like Angelina Jolie is in need of CPR, I`m on it, but if a homeless dude isn`t breathing, I think I would just call 911.
Somebody who performs CPR on a horse really deserves a medal. Kudos to Suzanne Hall for successfully performing CPR on a foal.
