Judyth Piazza chats with Jacqueline Rome, Author of Do I have to go to church today?

Born to Nathan and Barbara Thomas on July 10, 1968 in the city of Portsmouth, Virginia, Jacqueline Laverne Thomas, the youngest of 8 children, grew up in a Christian home and attended  school in the churchland section of the city. Unfortunately, against her up bringing, Jacqueline became a teen mother and dropped out of school.

At the age of 23, Jacqueline married Lindsey rome and moved to north eastern, nc. Where she went back to school and earned her ged.  She later became a child care professional after receiving credentials I and ii in early childhood. In the summer of 2007, Jacqueline became a cna, but always kept her love for children, thus publishing her 1st children`s book do I have to go to church today?  (Inspired by her own life) in December of the same year. Jacqueline is now working on a series of children`s books and looks forward to book tours in the future.
